See All ReviewsUnfortunately, it saddens me to have to rewrite my review for Great Wall. At first the wings were absolutely delicious! You could taste the shaoxing wine, soy, sugar, salt, msg, garlic, black pepper, sesame oil, and potato starch. Now?! The wings taste metallic, the quality has literally deteriorated. The onion fried rice tastes like dye yellow #05, it literally tasted like artificial butter, like margarine. The chicken from the lo mein had too much baking soda in the marinade, therefore tasting fishy (too much alkalinity.) I was hoping that the consistency of the quality of food would improve, but it’s definitely declined. But I think the final straw, was the consistency of poor customer service/experience. Not once was I ever greeted with a smile, I can’t understand how someone running a small business can treat customers like that. I’m flabbergasted that the beautiful (on the outside) cashier can be so bitter and hateful (on the inside.) I was inspired by my hope that my experience would change with every opportunity given, but it never has, nor do I think it will. Sincerely, A Non Returning Customer.
We ordered a LOT of food for a family event. The order was accurate, fresh and ready on-time. Everyone was happy with the quality of the meal and the Great Wall staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you!
Great chicken wings, decent and consistent food. Some traditional options kung pow chicken are not to their photos, big chunks of vegetable larger than the proteins rather that chopped up. Like they use a slicer instead. All in all a decent place considering its the only Chinese place
